HOW WE STARTED
Alan’s United Auto first started out as a small workshop in the year 2000. Mr Alan Khong, the founder, rented a single unit located at the industrial estate of Sin Ming.
Started from scratch with limited resources, AUA began with only 1 mechanic, 1 panel beater and 1 admin, doing only insurance claims and basic maintenance for Asian car models.
After which, Mr Alan slowly build up AUA's reputation as a trust-worthy workshop that provides quality service, workmanship and keeping prices affordable.
With his down to earth business attitude and mentality, business and customer base started to proliferate.
WHERE WE ARE TODAY
AUA has come a long way since it started. Today, we have more than 20 staffs and 5 workshops located in Sinming, providing a one-stop solution for our customers. Our services and technology improved in car repairs and expanded towards different areas such as panel beating & spray painting, car detailing, car / grab rental, insurance renewal & claims and many more.
Through the power of word-of-mouth as we are highly recommended by families, friends and business associates, we slowly expand our customer base to other areas of Singapore. We still seek to constantly upgrade our equipment & tools, workshop environment as well as our personal skills to provide only the best for all our clients. Service is still the key principle in our approach towards our work as we wouldn't be where we are today without the support of all our clients.
